Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted for Reewaj orders.

Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, unless the product is marked final sale or non-returnable. Please update this window to match your actual store policy.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Items with stains, perfume, makeup, alteration, or signs of wear may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Customized products, final sale items, gift cards, accessories, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the approved resolution. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, unboxing proof if available, and your order number.
