How to request cancellation
Email us at support@reewaj.com with your order number and cancellation request. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order status.
After dispatch
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return or exchange process after delivery, if the item is eligible under our Refund & Return Policy.
Refund after cancellation
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment mode and order status. Payment gateway timelines may vary.
